Department of Energy Releases Money for Vehicle Technologies Research

Funding is now available from the US DoE regarding advanced vehicle technologies research. The grant is open until June 19th with an estimated 68 awards of $59,000,000. This Funding Opportunity Announcement seeks research projects to address priorities in the following areas: advanced batteries and electric drive systems, energy efficient mobility systems, materials for more efficient powertrains, co-optimized advanced engine and fuel technologies, and alternative fuels and new mobility options.
